watch what you eat. eat smaller. chew gum when hungry. and commit to go to the gym for 21 days in a row. after that it’ll turn into a habit. but seriously, watch what you eat. force yourself to say SALAD. DRESSING ON THE SIDE. replace snacks or dinner sides with veggies. no rice. veggies! no mashed potatoes. veggies! no mac n cheese. Veggies! Also just read about nutition and workout routines online. the more you know, the better you’ll get.
